Finally, some tangible evidence that this project might take off. Today we closed on our construction loan. It didn’t feel like the accomplishment we thought it would (Brock said it’s ok to feel nauseated when dealing with money like that), but maybe our excitement was dulled by signing papers for an hour. Not exactly glamorous stuff. In any case, we now have the money to fund this project...
