I didn't post yesterday, because I don't think anyone did any work all day (Brock was out of town), but as of today...we have electricity! The electrician spent a little time at the house, and connected the electricity to a few kitchen appliances before knocking off early for the day.
Meanwhile, the air conditioner guy got everything hooked up, and we had air by the time I left this afternoon. It sounds as if he's just about finished; he said he just needs to vent the duct between the kitchen and living area to bring air into that part of the house.
We've officially begun to move! I brought over a couple of loads of boxes this afternoon, and started filling the kitchen cabinets.
