After five years of delays and missed deadlines, somehow, we're still optimists. So today, when the concrete crew was a no-show this morning, we were pretty disappointed. We were really confident that we'd be walking around on our new floors by the end of the weekend. The crew's story turned out to be something about being behind on other projects...blah, blah, blah....Now they say they'll be by to pour our floors on Tuesday. We'll try not to hold our (collective) breath.
