Today Mark finished securing the first floor with screws (that's 800+ screws just today), while Brock worked in the patching, modifying, and repairing department. As I mentioned yesterday, some of the purlins are the wrong size. Brock used a cutting wheel to cut some of the long ones to size; more problematic are those that are too short. A solution to that problem is yet to be determined.
Next up was repairing a spot where a purlin fell from the second story and mangled the floor in the front entryway. Below are some shots of the damage and the repair.

Finally, Brock cut holes in the girts for the cable bracing, and then installed most of the cables. If you look closely, you'll see the cables running along the top:
