Day 133

The painters primed again today. The drywall crew will be back tomorrow or the next day to do some touch-up work, before the painters can finish.
Brock went on a hunt for a hidden sewer manhole that was allegedly on the neighboring property, within our easement. After three hours of machete-ing, measuring, and probing with a digging stick, he finally hit metal, about two feet underground. Last week a contractor from an excavating company came by to look for it, with no luck. He was going to have to bring in someone from the county to search, but now that it's been located, the connection process can be expedited.
The weather was beautiful this evening, so we took the kids by the house, and walked around the lot.
Quiet reflection
"Wait for me, Daddy!"
