Inspection and an awning

The insulation passed the county's inspection today, so we're ready for drywall, which, not surprisingly, hasn't been delivered yet.

This weekend, Brock finished building the first of the two awnings. Today he painted the frame, and he and Mark mounted it above the front door.  It looks fantastic!
