We have the beginning of a roof! The first three hours of the day were spent digging out the roof panels, which turned out to be at the bottom of the pile of siding. Then Brock and Mark completed the last bit of the roof bracing before finally installing the first five panels of the roof.
It was a long day, with some exciting results. They worked past seven this evening, because once the roof started going up, it was hard to stop. Mark's going to be on his own for the next few days, so probably no new panels going up until Brock can get back to the site. It's not a one-person job.
